Compliance declaration

Article 13 of the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023, of December 5, requires the producer of a billing software system to declare, under its own responsibility, that the system complies with Article 29.2.j) of Spanish General Tax Law 58/2003 and with that Regulation. The declaration is issued for each version of the system and must be visibly available, including to those who have not yet contracted the platform.
This page lists the history of compliance declarations issued for VERIX. It updates from the system for other versions. The withdrawal notice for version 1.0 remains visible even when that request is unavailable.
