Compliance declaration

Article 13 of the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023, of December 5, requires the producer of a billing software system to declare, under its own responsibility, that the system complies with Article 29.2.j) of Spanish General Tax Law 58/2003 and with that Regulation. The declaration is issued for each version of the system and must be visibly available, including to those who have not yet contracted the platform.
